நாங்கள் சேகரிப்பவை · What we collect

• மின்னஞ்சல், பெயர், மொழி. Your email, name and language.
• உரையாடல்கள், செய்திகள், அவற்றின் மொழிபெயர்ப்புகள். Your chats, messages and their translations.
• ஒவ்வொரு செய்தியின் டோக்கன், கிரெடிட் பயன்பாடு; வாங்கிய கிரெடிட் விவரம். Tokens and credits used per message, and your credit purchases. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay; we do not store them.
• விருந்தினரின் பெயர், மொழி, அவர்களை அடையாளம் காண ஒரு குக்கீ. For guests: the name and language they enter, and a cookie that remembers them in that chat.
• ஒப்புதல் அளித்த நேரம், IP முகவரி. The time and IP address of your consent.

பயன்பாட்டு நோக்கம் · Why we use it

மொழிபெயர்ப்புடன் கூடிய உரையாடல் சேவை வழங்க, கட்டணம் கணக்கிட, தவறான பயன்பாட்டைத் தடுக்க, சட்டக் கடமைகளுக்காக மட்டும். விருப்பம் தெரிவித்தால் மட்டுமே விளம்பர மின்னஞ்சல். To run the translated chat, bill credits, keep the service safe and meet legal duties. Promotional emails only if you opt in.

யாருடன் பகிர்கிறோம் · Who processes it for us

• Anthropic (Claude API): மொழிபெயர்ப்புக்காகச் செய்திகளும் சமீபத்திய சில செய்திகளும் அனுப்பப்படும்; இந்தியாவுக்கு வெளியே செயலாக்கப்படலாம். Each message and a few earlier messages from the chat are sent to translate it. This may be processed outside India, under Anthropic's commercial terms.
• Amazon Web Services (Mumbai): hosting, database and sign-in emails.
• Razorpay: payments.
• Google: only if you choose Google sign-in.

எவ்வளவு காலம் · How long we keep it

கணக்கு செயலில் இருக்கும் வரை உரையாடல்கள் வைக்கப்படும். கணக்கை நீக்கினால் உங்கள் உரையாடல்களும் விவரங்களும் நீக்கப்படும்; வரிச் சட்டத்துக்காகக் கட்டணப் பதிவுகள் மட்டும் தேவையான காலம் வரை வைக்கப்படும். Chats are kept while your account exists. Deleting your account deletes your chats and details; payment records are kept, without contact details, for as long as tax law requires.

உங்கள் உரிமைகள் · Your rights

உங்கள் தரவை அறிய, திருத்த, நீக்கக் கோர, ஒப்புதலைத் திரும்பப் பெற, குறைதீர்க்க, உங்களுக்குப் பதிலாகச் செயல்பட ஒருவரை நியமிக்க உரிமை உண்டு. கணக்குப் பக்கத்தில் விவரங்களைத் திருத்தலாம், கணக்கை நீக்கலாம். You can ask to see, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent, raise a grievance and nominate someone to act for you. You can edit your details and delete your account on the Account page.
