பயன்பாட்டு விதிமுறைகள்

தூது (Thoothu) சேவையை Oliyon Research, சென்னை நடத்துகிறது. இச்சேவையைப் பயன்படுத்துவதன் மூலம் கீழ்க்கண்ட விதிமுறைகளை ஏற்கிறீர்கள். Thoothu is run by Oliyon Research, Chennai. By using it you agree to these terms.

1. சேவை · The service

ஒவ்வொருவரும் தம் மொழியில் எழுத, மற்றவர்கள் அதைத் தம் மொழியில் படிக்க, தூது செய்திகளை Anthropic-இன் Claude செயற்கை நுண்ணறிவு மூலம் மொழிபெயர்க்கிறது. இயந்திர மொழிபெயர்ப்பில் பிழைகள் இருக்கலாம். விலை, அளவு, தேதி, ஒப்பந்த விவரங்கள் போன்ற முக்கியமானவற்றை "மூலச் செய்தி" மூலம் சரிபாருங்கள். Thoothu translates chat messages with Anthropic's Claude AI so each person writes and reads in their own language. Machine translation can be wrong. Check prices, quantities, dates and contract terms against the original message before relying on them. You are responsible for what you send.

2. தகுதி · Who can use it

கணக்கு தொடங்க 18 வயது நிறைந்திருக்க வேண்டும். You must be 18 or older to create an account or join a chat.

3. கிரெடிட் · Credits

கிரெடிட்கள் முன்பணமாக வாங்கப்படுகின்றன; ஒவ்வொரு செய்திக்கும் Claude தெரிவிக்கும் டோக்கன் அளவின்படி கழிக்கப்படும். Credits are bought in advance and used per message, based on the tokens Claude reports for it. Each message shows the tokens and credits used.
வாங்கிய நாளிலிருந்து 12 மாதங்கள் செல்லும். பிறருக்கு மாற்றவோ, பணமாகத் திரும்பப் பெறவோ, தூது சேவைக்கு வெளியே பயன்படுத்தவோ இயலாது. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. They cannot be transferred, cashed out or used outside Thoothu.
தோல்வியடைந்த அல்லது இருமுறை எடுக்கப்பட்ட கட்டணங்கள், சட்டம் கோரும் நிலைகள் தவிர திருப்பித் தரப்படாது. Payments are not refunded except for failed or duplicate payments, or where the law requires.
இலவசக் கிரெடிட் Claude Haiku 5.5 மாதிரிக்கு மட்டும்; அளவும் நிபந்தனைகளும் மாறலாம். Free credits work with Claude Haiku 5.5 only. Their amount and conditions may change.
மொழிபெயர்ப்பு தோல்வியடைந்தால் கிரெடிட் கழிக்கப்படாது. No credits are taken for a translation that fails.
விலைகளுக்கு GST கூடுதல். Prices are shown before GST, which is added at checkout.

4. அழைப்பு இணைப்புகள் · Invite links

நீங்கள் தொடங்கிய உரையாடலில் இணைப்பு மூலம் சேரும் விருந்தினர்களின் செய்திகளுக்கான கட்டணம் உங்கள் கிரெடிட்டில் கழிக்கப்படும். யாரை அழைக்கிறீர்கள் என்பதற்கு நீங்களே பொறுப்பு; எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் இணைப்பை நிறுத்தலாம், விருந்தினரை நீக்கலாம். Guests who join a chat through your link use your credits. You are responsible for whom you invite, and you can turn the link off or remove a guest at any time.

5. ஏற்கத்தகாத பயன்பாடு · Acceptable use

சட்டத்துக்குப் புறம்பான, மோசடி, அச்சுறுத்தல், வெறுப்பு, ஆபாசம், ஸ்பேம் போன்றவற்றுக்குத் தூதைப் பயன்படுத்தக் கூடாது. இவ்விதிகளை மீறும் கணக்குகளை இடைநிறுத்தவோ நீக்கவோ செய்யலாம். Do not use Thoothu for anything illegal, fraud, threats, hate, sexual content, spam or impersonation. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. நிர்வாக அணுகல் · Access by the administrator

புகார்களை விசாரிக்கவும், தவறான பயன்பாட்டைத் தடுக்கவும், சட்டக் கடமைகளை நிறைவேற்றவும் தூது நிர்வாகம் உரையாடல்களைப் பார்க்கலாம். The Thoothu administrator can view chats to investigate reports, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.

7. பொறுப்பு வரம்பு · Liability

சேவை "உள்ளபடியே" வழங்கப்படுகிறது. மொழிபெயர்ப்புப் பிழைகளால் ஏற்படும் இழப்புகளுக்கு, சட்டம் அனுமதிக்கும் அளவில், கடந்த மூன்று மாதங்களில் நீங்கள் செலுத்திய தொகைக்கு மேல் பொறுப்பேற்க இயலாது. The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our liability for any loss, including from translation errors, is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months.

8. சட்டம் · Law

இவ்விதிமுறைகள் இந்தியச் சட்டத்துக்கு உட்பட்டவை; சென்னை நீதிமன்றங்களுக்கே அதிகார வரம்பு. விதிமுறைகளை மாற்றினால் இப்பக்கத்தில் தெரிவிப்போம். These terms follow Indian law, and the courts in Chennai have jurisdiction. If we change them, we will update this page and ask for your agreement where needed.
